Monroe Harbor does have mooring balls, however, personally I don't like
them. Most of them are not well protected, however, they are cheaper than
Millennium Harbor. If you belong to a Yacht Club I would stay at Chicago
Yacht Club it is beautiful and less expensive. If your preference is still
Monroe Harbor I suggest you consider using the park district's tender
service instead of your dinghy. You may have trouble securing your dinghy on
shore and if you don't secure your dinghy it will probably be gone.
