In 2003 we purchased our 1990 32' Sundowner Pilothouse on e-bay.  I wrote up
an offer to purchase document and had the seller sign -- covered the Survey,
etc.  The Seller happened to love the boat but was just getting too old to
handle it, so the transaction went perfect.  Very large purchase via e-bay.
