GL: 28V to 14V conversion

A couple of weeks back, somebody was asking about using
14V electronic gear on a boat with 28V house system.

Last weekend, I purchased a 120VAC to 14VDC power
supply.  Literature from the manufacturer was included
in the packaging.

Among 400+ products they build are DC-DC converters.
They include both step-up and step-down varieties.
