My wife will really does not like "offshore" either she almost ahd a stroke 
coming across the shipping lanes off delaware bay in a very bad fog (with 
the radar running I was quite comforable) However as long as like Randy said 
your refer to it as coastwise and can see the sights along the coast she's 
ok with it. If you're in somewhat close it's really no worse then many of 
the sounds and bays. I really enjoy the coastal sight seeing. Bill
