I bought a relatively standard Samsung PC 17" LCD monitor at Circuit City
that is the display for my Nobeltec system back in 2004. It is mounted on
the fly-bridge. It probably has 1,200-1,500 hours on it. Anything with
300cd/m2 or more should do, the higher the better. You certainly don't have
to get the $1,000 jobbies.
Brent, I am familiar with Albin 43s and if your upper heln is enclosed you
would have no problem seeing the display in 95% of the conditions. I got one
of the rool-down sun screens for facing morning sun.
