GL: Electronic Charts for Nobeltec and Maptech software

The ENC and IENC vector charts that are provided by NOAA and the Army Corp 
of Engineers respectively no longer work with Nobeltec.  They stopped 
support with version 8.1 and as far as I know have no plans to fix it.

Try RosePoints Coastal Explorer for a software package that supports all the 
ENC charts and Maptech also.  A free trial is available on the Rosepoint web 
site, so you can try it before you make a purchase.
