I agree with Dave, next time you have to spend any money with Nobeltec, go
somewhere else.
While the NOAA charts are free to download or a DVD with all of them can be
bought for $40, Nobeltec has taken away ENC capability with version 9.3.
Really frosts me because the only reason I upgraded from 6.5 was to get
ENCs.
Raster charts do great and versions for the rivers are availiable from
Maptech.
