GL: The Cumberland River

ActiveCaptain has a lot of markers all along the river.  Here's a link
centered on Lake Barkley State Park Marina showing a wide area.  Many of the
blue markers are boat ramps around the area but it seems like we have most
(all?) of the marinas and a smattering of good anchorages.
