GL: The Cumberland River

Cruising the Cumberland River this summer has made it to our short list.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also, does anyone know where I might find a copy of Fred Meyers guide  
"Cruising the Cumberland River".  It's out of print and I have not  
found it anywhere. I'm OK with a used or older copy for the basics.
