GL: Verison or AT&T along the loop

We will be making the great loop next summer and have 2 questions:
1. what wireless card works best along the way?  AT&T or Verison.   I have
used Verison along the East coast with great satisfaction but AT7T is making
all kind of claims.

2. how are the water levers for the Trent-Severn Waterway. someone told me
they were low and grounding was a problem in many areas
