GL: Question

Hypermiling is a way of driving (by some). It improves the fuel mileage in automoblies and trucks by various adjustments such as an increase in tire pressure, removing unwanted weight and slowing down. The same could be seen on the water if one is willing. So is Hypertrawlering doable?
