GL: Georgia & South Carolina

I think the Georgia marshes are one of the most unforgettable memories
of our cruise from Marathon to the Chesapeake.  If you draw 4.5 feet
like Veronica, you must work with the tides, but it is worth it.
Northern SC is a drag.  We passed on stopping in Myrtle Beach, but the
cruise through the Carolina's was interesting.  I guess you could
consider Albermarle Sound to be boring, as you are sometimes out of
the sight of land, but we even enjoyed that.  Much of coastal Georgia
and SC are desolate, but far from boring.
