GL: Canadian Calling Card

We just picked up a card when we got to Canada.  The folks in the store
seemed to know which ones were the best.  Also of note is that the one we
used had both local and 800 access numbers.  If you always call the 800
number, you will not have to insert any coins into the pay phones.  Costs
were cheap - as I remember about 3.5 cents per minute.
