GL: What the hell r we gonna do now?

The trick seems to be to get a delivery of off-road diesel w/o taxes. Here in
NC I could have bought diesel at $4.18 a gallon on Thursday. BUT, I would have
had to line up a few other boats as well. This local fuel delivery company has
one "USCG certified" delivery truck which holds 4400 gallons and normally
refuels tugs.
