GL: Possible Job Action on Rideau and Trent by Lock Operators

Negotiations between Parks Canada and the Union representing Parks
Canada workers is not going well. An article today in the Ottawa Sun
states "But with negotiations on hold, and no contract in sight,
Jeannie Baldwin, the union official responsible for negotiations with
Parks Canada, suggested that an escalation of job action has not been
ruled out." This would affect both the Trent Severn and Rideau
Waterways.
