  This just in:
   
  A joint drug-trafficking interdiction training excercise between the French Navy and the US Navy, in the Gulf of Mexico, was called off yesterday by the French, citing high fuel costs.
   
  The French ship to be sent to this "joint" excercise was named the "De Grasse"!
   
  Hmmmmm. Whoops! Maybe the French PR guys re-thought this one!
   
  Just a little "fuelish" humor!
