Last year, we traveled most of the Trent-Severn. We found limited Wi-
Fi spots. Sometimes, we would get a Wi-Fi connection but have bad
reception due to lock walls and other man-made obstacles. If you were
willing to lug the computer into the towns, you improved your chances.
In almost every village, we could use the public library for computer
access. It was free and relatively fast.
We had a family emergency that required a lot of email traffic and
found our Verizon Wireless card worked much better than we expected.
It was great--until we got the bill.
Yikes!!!!
