Tidewater's price for diesel appears to be a good one, especially for
Baltimore and so far north on the Bay.
Atlantic Yacht Basin in Great Bridge VA has historically been one of the
lowest price diesel retailers on the ICW. I would use them as a
benchmark measure, and today their price is $4.50/gall.

I heard that the price of diesel at Haven Harbor Marina in Rock Hall is
lower if you buy more than 100 gallons.

Check out the Tidewater Yacht Services fuel dock in Baltimore.
http://www.tysc.com/TYSCFuelPage.html They generally do have lower
pricing than most other places on the Bay. Having said that, we heard a
transmission on Monday of this past week from something called the
Baltimore Yacht Club. They were transmitting a price of $4.09 I think it
was, "soon to go up," but I don't know where they are. Also, Anchor Bay
East on Bear Creek off the Patapsco often has really "good" prices.
