GL: Dinghy Numbers

I suggest that the idea of painting the letters on the hypalon may be fine,
but sticking the sticker on it is not. When the dinghy looses pressure for
any reason, the sticker will crinkel up and then when reinflated will crack
and soon you have an unuseable sticker. I went to a white plastic board
attached to the side rope attach points with numbers and sticker thereon,
and no more problems. Looks good too.
