GL: New Jersey ICW

Jake,
Last August we returned south from New York via the NJICW.  We traveled from
Manasquan to Cape May inside aboard our Krogen Manatee w/ a 3.5' draft and had
no problem with the depth.  The wind was out of the east and that tends to
blow more water into the ICW and bays.  I assume that the opposite would be
true.
