GL: EPA discharge permit ... I apologize

I apologize for being "out of the Loop".....  Those of us who can 
only cruise on the Lakes and Rivers in the MidWest may have limited 
knowledge of the wider world.  The idea was -- possibly we should 
tell our Congressional Representatives and the EPA again - to drive 
home the point - we don't like this legislation!!!!  Some of us like 
the sense of freedom that comes with a boat.
