I certainly second the these comments about French Bay marina in Clayton NY. 
A couple of years ago I was sold the wrong  size impeller for my oil 
exchange pump, It looked the wrong size to me at the time of purchase and I 
told the owner, he didn't like me taking it back, but he gave me a refund in 
the end.  Went to WM in Watertown and was most satisfied with their service.
