GL: Update on MARINA OVERCHARGES ESTIMATE

You should consider having someone you trust to at least do a preliminary 
inspection of the work for you. If they see something wrong, at least you 
will know about it NOW instead of months from now. Perhaps the surveyor 
could take a quick look for you.
