When you move, let all the interested parties as noted in Young's   
article know the specifics of your moving. We too would like to spend  
much more time in SC next year but simply can't risk getting hit with  
a tax bill for so short a time. Do you know if the Beaufort,  
Georgetown and/or Charleston counties have done anything about  
exemptions?
