To all,
Having read most of the responses.
My immediate goal would be to get the boat out of that marina service
facility regardless of what it took.
I am quite sure that your storage bill is going up daily, and I am assuming
that you are on a daily rate. Many places have an auto switch over in their
contract to go to a daily rate rather than a monthly rate after you have
been notified to get your boat out of their. Even if you were on a monthly rate
I would venture to say its daily at this point.
In the final outcome as one party suggested, take all of your records,
bills, and seek an attorney.
After the boat is out !
IF you have enough documentation, you could start posting on multiple lists
your problems. However keep in mind that the marina could hire an attorney
and sue you for liable even if you do have said documentation, could keep you
and your finances tied up for years. Their documentation would be the mails
on the lists.
Just food for thought.
