GL: who was the marina on the Hudson selling diesel at cost ?

In May or June (I thought) someone posted an item indicating that one marina
owner
had decided to sell fuel at cost. B The post gave the marina name and
referenced a

navigation mark.

I've looked through the May-June archives by subject and can't seem to find
it.

Anyone recall the marina and its location or the specific post?
