GL: Lazing About In The Keys

I use to travel to Guyana often on business, a couple of times we had  Iguana 
Curry which was quite good.
 Once whole cooked Iguana eggs were included which I didn't like,  I don't 
like eggs anyway, but the meat is fine.
If you want the recipe let me know.  Better check the Iguana season  dates I 
doubt the folks in the Keys
 will appreciate having their Iguanas eaten by visiting  cruisers!
