GL: Ring Bouys

Hello All Once Again,

Will need to get a couple of ring buoys for the boat for next season.  I am
under the impression that I need two of them because of the length of the boat
( 60' )  First is this true, and second any suggestions as to the which brand
to be looking at, best place to purchase based on price ?  I see that they
come in three different sizes, and since I haven't ever used them, want to
know which size should I be looking for 19", 24" or 30" dia.
