GL: PROPER DISPLAY OF NAME AND HAILING PORT

I agree and I agree.  The boat name I used on the 
bottom of the dinghy was tied on and removed 
when the dinghy was not on the Weavers.  It was 
there so that overtaking boats could hail me on 
the radio.

I also understand the need to comply with the 
letter of the law.  I just think this one is a bit silly 
and arbitrary but then that's how some laws are 
and a few of the people who enforce them.  I 
prefer laws and enforcement that are more 
focused on results instead of nit picking.
