We use NavPak Pro with C-Maps for the last 6 years on a Dell laptop. NavPak Pro is much cheaper in cost than most and it works great. C-Maps are the best that we have seen -- very very nice.

Phil,
We use Rose Point Coastal Explorer software on a standard Dell Inspiron
laptop. Note this is in
the P/H not on the bridge.
We are most satisfied with the Coastal Explorer software for
navigation.Their tech support is superlative.
The techy ans all questions and has walked me through sev processes, as I
told him, I am his job security!!
