Ralph is 100% correct, unfortunately one finds over zealous enforcement (as in Jim and Henry's) of all rules but that's why we have lawyers (bless their hearts). I would rather have a simple rule and put up with the wise guy than some convoluted rule that requires rebuilding the boat and still putting up with the same wise guy. Vinny Cell 919-368-2659
