Absolutely Ralph.
Let us avoid spending any MONEY in Vt. That should not be too difficult.
I will remember this yr after next when I am in that area.

When the merchants and marinas realize that transients are avoiding them
then pressure will be placed on the legislature.

Still no word on reasonably priced pump outs( compared to NY) much less free 
ones!!!!!!
