Well said Vinny.

Isnt it ironic that we file our income taxes, which carries penalties as
high as imprisonment for improper processing (or falsification) on our part,
with the HONOR system. That is, we send it in, we get our rebate, and case
closed (unless you happen to get an audit.) Yet with our holding tanks, in
Vermont we have DISASSEMBLE them. What a STUPID law !!!!!!!!!!

Which is the more grievous crime: stealing money from the government or
dumping waste overboard?

I think the approach to law and its enforcement in Florida makes more
sense.....If the marine police board your boat, they test the waste system
with die markers and determine if your waste system is in position to pump
overboard. If so, you get a noticeable fine. There is no mechanical
disassembly of the waste system required !
