Let's talk again after you get your boat and use it for a year or two.

It's not the cost.  You state "There are numerous commercial treating
systems if you don't want to pump out and they would add what 0.001 percent
to the cost of your boat???".  I don't know of numerous but I guess anything
over one could be considered as numerous.  The one that does come to mind
(LectraSan) is in fact not acceptable in any of these places even though it
has been tested and approved by the USCG.  That being said when you get your
boat, and it doesn't matter how big or how much you spend, waste storage
becomes a problem. So what do you suggest one does with it?  No wait please
refer to the first sentence.

As for  "Grow up and follow the rules before the rules become draconian.". I
think in some cases we are already there.  BTW "draconian"  as you well know
comes from the reference to an Athenian named Draco. Here is a quote from

word " impartiality". So you see we are past this already because as many
have already pointed out, this "Disconnect the section of hose" rule is
aimed at one group but not the real culprits.

One more thing.  I want to make it perfectly clear that I am not for dumping
in a "no discharge zone".  Even though I don't always agree with the zoning.
I'm just making the case that I have to go through some really stupid steps
to ensure that I won't dump and I do have the skills to by pass the steps if
I really wanted to.
