Sam, You missed the whole point of my post. You people in Vt.
are not nearly so interested in the source and prevention of real pollution 
as
you are on " feel good" laws and then taking advantage of those who
wish to be responsive and comply.
 Allow me to be more clear: IF and that is a big IF, your state was so very 
much concerned with
what you PERCEIVE is a pollution problem then the cost of a pump out  ( in 
VT..)would be the same
 or at least CLOSE  that of your neighbor New York. As I stated, in NY a few 
hundred yards away
the cost of a pump out is free or a few dollars-----Not $15.

Let us not forget your punitive legislation about having to disconnect the 
discharge line. NO other state
requires such nonsense. See above , " feel good".
