GL: Boat insurance

Since I'm moving to a house on the Champlain Canal soon, and I likely will
have no opportunity to cruise any great distance this year, I called up the
insurance company.

They changed my "cruising area" from "coastal waters and
inland lakes and rivers" and the new description is now only "inland lakes and
rivers" and the annual cost is exactly one-half of what it was before.

If I
should get some time to travel, I can get a temporary adder for coastal
waters, or great lakes, and that costs about 10% of the annual premium for a 2
week time-span.

Cool eh?
