GL: Chicago-Loop with a sloop

Having passed through there last year, there was a story when on one
day the bridges on the Chicago river did open to allow boats to
proceed to winter storage. The yards they go to are not far up the
river as I recall the main yards are on the Cal Sag route

There are several yards on the Cal Sag route that will help to take
down a mast.
The critical bridge however does not open - ever.
