We will be heading out of Canada's Lake Huron next late summer. What/where are some recommendations for pulling down the stick in Chicago? Isn't there a time during the fall when the bridges in Chicago are opened? When would that be? Seems like I remember reading about that a few years back. Where can I put the stick back up?
