GL: GREN HEAD

After living in NJ for the past 40 years, I have not experienced those flies.
But for a few weeks each summer, there are some nasty horse flies on the
Champlain Canal in upstate NY where I will be moving to this summer.  I guess
there's some kind of nasty biters no matter where ya go ...

tell you have never been to the New Jersey shore between July 4 and 
Labor
Day.....!!!
Its a nasty fly with a body like a black fly, except its GREEN.
When they 
bite, they draw blood, every time.
One of the best repellants to
use against them is Avon Skin So Soft. Its 
even sold in the fishing tackle
stores down here.
