We can tell you have never been to the New Jersey shore between July 4 and 
Labor Day.....!!!
Its a nasty fly with a body like a black fly, except its GREEN. When they 
bite, they draw blood, every time.
One of the best repellants to use against them is Avon Skin So Soft. Its 
even sold in the fishing tackle stores down here.
