May. 1 to Oct. 31, $1.60/ft/day, $12.50/ft/month

Nov. 1 to Apr. 30 $2.10/ft/day, $14.50/ft/month

Annual is $9.50/ft/month, water and pumpout at each slip included, electric
metered, cable available.
