GL: loop boat width

Yes, Mike's right.  Lock 45 (named Port Severn Lock) is 7.0 meters in 
width and is the narrowest on the T-S.

For any metrically challenged folks, that's about 23 feet.  It's a 
wide boat that can't fit through that!
