Conch Harbor is the only marina where we have ever been measured.  They made
our 36' Krogen Manatee into 43'.  That included the anchor platform in the bow
as well as the dinghy, hanging on davits in the stern.  In fairness, when
tying alongside, we are taking up 43' of dock space and should pay for that
much.  Now when we are at a cocktail party I claim to have a 43' boat, but
when talking to the dockhands it's back to 36'.
