I agree that a boat is good for mental health. It permits you to focus all
your anxieties on one source. But I'm not sure that it is cheaper than a shrink.
My neighbor, a psychiatrist, charges $100 a weekly session. Assuming that you
see him every week, that's only $5000 a year. (Two weeks off for vacation.)
My boat costs me more than that.
