Instead of all us thousands of boaters buying these, it sure does seem like this device is one of those things that the fuel dock should have in their inventory and let each boater use when they fuel up !

I don't know about Boat/US, but some Govt Agency (I think Biscayne National Parks) were *giving* these away at the last Miami Boat Show as a promotional item !! Credit to Govt where it's due: especially considering the 'Black Helicopter Paranoia' on the main T&T list ! 

I didn't take one: thought I'd leave them for others, as I have an American Tug, and the builder is smart enough to install something similar (a Vetus Splash-stop) below the deck in each fuel fill line.
