Yes, that fact always amazed me about Waterford. At North Carolina Visitor 
Center on the Dismal Canal and at Barefoot Landing before it went 
commercial, boaters willingly rafted up. There was a great feeling of 
cameraderie at these two places. But Waterford never got that feel. Why is 
that?
