GL: Mileage

I come up with 132m from Waterford NY to Burlington and then 149m from 
Burlington to Montreal. That was just a quick calculation using the Skipper 
Bob cruising guides: Cruising the New York Canal System,  and Cruising the 
Rideau & Richelieu Canals.
