GL: CQR anchor problem

WHY would anyone ever want to rely on MINIMUM equippage?
Not me !
I'll choose to use an anchor thats too large, too heavy and hard to handle 
but has plenty of reserve holding power.....for those times when I need it.
I'll figure out a way to handle it.
