GL: Fuel costs affecting boating?

I believe in the 90's regulations were relaxed on the futures market
traders, allowing them to trade on partial credits, which has led us
to this point. The traders are simply bidding the prices up in a
gambling game on borrowed funds. It will crash in time, just as the
stocks did in the dot.com bubble. Happy cruising!
