GL: provisioning on the Trent-Severn

A stop in Kingston as you enter Canada will get you anything you need for  
the Trent. Lots of stores and if you hit on a Saturday they have an awesome  
outdoor market. There is a good marine supply store there too although I don't  
remember the name. Also don't miss the wood oven pizza place for a meal, you  
won't regret it. Kingston is also a good place to clear Canadian customs at the 
 phone on the dock.
